I called as a new patient for my newborn who has reflux and had an excellent experience. Damaris, the secretary, was kind, pleasant, and very professional, which immediately put me at ease. The doctor was also wonderful. I highly recommend this office.

I would give zero stars if I could. Appointment was scheduled at 8am. We were there with my dad that has cancer and sitting long periods of time causes him a LOT of pain. We went there at 7.30 and were FIRST in line. It is now 9.11 and we still have not been called into a room. What is the point of appointments???? seems like they keen to see everyone that is hispanic and unfortunately, we are white so we are made to wait.

MONICA, WHO IS THE PEDIATRICS SUPERVISOR, exhibits a lack of courtesy and professionalism. The staff lacks proper customer service skills and is impolite and unrefined. Their behavior is unacceptable for a healthcare setting focused on healing patients. It is imperative that action is taken to rectify this situation.

I released some days ago when I called NJ department of health that this doctors’s offices work independently under the name of San Joseph Medical Center and when it comes to file a “Formal - Grievance” as a patient it is very difficult, some of these offices ( Neurology and Allergy Dept.) are professional and patient oriented,other do not show ethic or respect for patients’s rights. In my personal experience I had bad experience with the Neurology office (they do not follow up on patient’s request,when you call them they say things that do not make sense suggesting that they are not doing their job properly),and when it comes to Immunology Allergy Department the front desk lady,nurse,or medical assistance does not show respect toward patients over the phone,be aware with this doctor if you cancel appointments they tell that you can not reschedule which is for us very unfair and unprofessional ,sometimes there are emergencies they are not in a position to put conditions since this service is paid they are not doing a favor to the patients or their families, what a shame! The worst thing in this story is the way behaves the Patient’s relations department in this situations,they

So my mom went to get a blood test and a receptionist working in the blood testing area was super disrespectful to her because she couldn’t communicate with her in English. This lady was on the phone the entire time she was supposed to be helping her and went as far as to call my mother stupid!. This is unacceptable behavior. A complaint was definitely filed !Every immigrant and Spanish speaking person shouldn't have to be afraid of seeking the health resources they deserve!. Another staff member even shared with my mother that THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME she has abused her power and mistreated an Hispanic person. She is KNOWN for mistreating Spanish speaking people.
